About Le’Bryan Patterson
Le’Bryan Patterson brings a unique background in business instruction, award-winning sales, and coaching to his work as a RISE Business Navigator & Program Manager.
He is known for professionalism, integrity, and strong relationship-building across the region. With offices in Martinsville, Patrick County, and Halifax County, Le’Bryan is constantly on the move, meeting entrepreneurs where they are and helping them take their next step with clarity and confidence.
Education
Le’Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Christian Ministry from Liberty University. He has also completed doctoral courses in Education in Administration & Supervision with a focus on Educational Leadership, further strengthening his expertise in leadership development and organizational growth.
Expertise
With a unique blend of business education, sales leadership, pastoral experience, and regional entrepreneurship development experiences, Le’Bryan understands both the technical and relational sides of entrepreneurship. He is deeply connected to economic developers, SBDC consultants, Chambers of Commerce, financial institutions, and regional resource providers. This makes him highly effective at referring entrepreneurs to the right people at the right time.
Outside of Business
In addition to his work in entrepreneurship development, Le’Bryan was recently named NJCAA Region X Division III Coach of the Year for his role as Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Patrick & Henry Community College, reflecting his commitment to mentorship, leadership, and excellence both on and off the court.
